Emma In The Night

Recently I read Emma in the Night by Wendy Walker. I selected this as my Book Of the Month club read. A gripping novel with twists and turns at every moment. Three years ago Cass and her older sister Emma went missing, with no trace except for Emma’s car by the water. After three years Cass shows up on her mothers doorstep and begins sharing the story of what happened to them those years ago. As she continues to tell the story of all that happened psychologists, and the police to try and find her sister are evaluating her. She claims Emma is still with the couple that took them in as her she says her sister when her sister was pregnant.

As she continues her story the detectives begin their search yet still continue to questions if she is being truthful or not. Her mother who knows more questions her story then she is letting on.

I have read many novels that keep me guessing and this one is no different. This one has a shocking ending that is worth the wait! If you were a fan of The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins or The Lying Game by Ruth Ware then I would recommend you add this one to your reading list.
